Who is eligible for Capitan Launch?

Capitan Launch is intended to help new climbing gyms. For this reason, any organization opening their first climbing gym not yet open or open less than one year is eligible for Capitan Launch.

There are no additional requirements!

My climbing gym is already open, I am still eligible?

Capitan Launch is also available to single-location organizations that already have opened their doors, but have been operating for less than one year.

A lot of new gyms we work with found they picked a CRM that did not deliver what they need. It can be hard to know what you need to run your business before even opening. Our goal of expanding Capitan Launch to gyms that have already opened is to quickly get gyms onto a platform that helps them build a solid foundation to grow their business.

I already have a climbing gym but I am expanding and opening a new location, is the new gym eligible?

Capitan Launch is intended just for organizations opening their first location. Expansion climbing gyms are not eligible for Capitan Launch.

What discount do I receive with Capitan Launch?

Once accepted to Capitan Launch, your gym will receive 20% off the first year of its annual Capitan subscription. Discounts only apply to annual plans.
